Job Description 

Position Title: Regional Head

Reports to: COO 
Grade: Senior Manager

Overall Functions: 

To guarantee the efficient daily operations in fields; as well as make and implement regional strategies.

Main Responsibilities: 
1. Office location selection, renovation and maintenance

2. Attendance system management and record keeping

3. Administrative management of local operation team (direct report of local admin team, and dot line report of finance, HR and IT team)

4. Ensure office security and healthy environment for stall

5. Office equipment procurements and maintenance

6. Fixed assets management

7. Regional development strategy making with LT members

8. Look for local public engagement, fundraising and program opportunities

9. Implement approved regional strategies with the supports of PE, PD and Program teams

10. Develop and maintain local government relationship with other team’s supports

11. Register local entity and renew (if needed)
