Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Department: HR, Operations
Location: WWF China Beijing Office 
Reports to: HR Director

Major function: 
To set up and implement talent acquisition strategy to ensure high quality recruitment solutions provided for all openings in an effective way and branding WWF China as a best employer.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Timely fill the open positions according to agreed KPI
Evaluate and Ensure WWF China has effective recruiting channel 
Establish the talent pipeline to shorten the open positions filling time. 
To be involved in young talent acquisition and development program and make related contribution. 
Identifying and cultivating effective and appropriate sources for employees for all job levels.  
Recruiting and retaining top quality employees for each department and conducting interviews. 
Plans and conducts new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward WWF goals
Work closely with other HR team members on certain projects.
Other tasks assigned by HRD

Skills and Specifications:
Ability to prepare working plan and develop TA related policy.
Ability to think strategically, with solid problem-solving and business acumen skills. 
Strong project management, time management, and communication skills.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent inter-personal skills, and team building skills.
Excellent ability to work cross teams.
Demonstrated proficiency with Ms Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 

Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in recruiting area both from agency and in house  
Ability to speak, write and read Chinese and English. 
Proven Ability to develop HR programs and policies based on new business requirements.
